Clothing Qouts LLC has the following guidelines related to Shipping & Delivery Policy. This is to ensure that we continue to provide our quality services, according to the needs of the customers.
- Time of Delivery and Guarantee
Clothing Qouts LLC works to the satisfaction of the customers worldwide, providing them excellent services. Once the order is placed on our website, it takes 10 business days for the order to process, before it is sent for shipping. When it is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, to be notified via email. Hence, the item may take 4-5 business days to get delivered to the doorstep. In case, the courier destroys or loses the shipment; Clothing Qouts will not be held responsible. As a customer, if you need the jacket earlier than the process than the flat shipment is the best choice to avail with $25 extra and the product is delivered in 6 to 8 working days. The whole process can be summed up in one picture. In some cases, the process may even go up to 20 business days or more, determined by conditions. - Procedure and Mode of Shipment
Clothing Qouts is a renowned name globally, and hence we provide our value-added services to our customers. The shipment is made from abroad and we ship the jacket in worldwide, The mode used for this purpose include Fedex, TNT, DHL, Sky Net Worldwide Express, Global, and DPEX Worldwide Express, etc. Once the product is sent for shipping, a tracking code is provided to the customer normally within 24-48 hours. It is easier to track the consignment with express shipping. In case you are unavailable, it important to leave a note at the door pointing towards the nearby neighbor. Hence, he/she will collect it for you and give it to you upon your return.
- Clothing Qouts Notification to Customers
At Clothing Qouts, once the customer places the order, a notification is received awaiting for confirmation. We also attach an invoice copy of the item/s requested. If you are not able to receive notifications on your email, this means that either you haven’t registered, which may either be due to technical reasons or some other issues. Thus, the process will not start processing or shipped until the customer confirms the order.
- Customer Details And Information:
For the purpose of efficient delivery, it is important for the client to provide us the correct information related to the shipping address. Hence, we require up to date contact details and other details related to it. The customer should provide complete residential/physical address since we do not send to APO/FPO addresses.
- In Case of Late Delivery
Customer service is the hallmark of Clothing Qouts and this what we thrive upon. However, sometimes we are unable to deliver the product within the due date. If the product doesn’t reach the customer or unable to locate the shipment, either a replacement shipment is provided, or the amount is refunded to the credit card. However, if it is taking more time than what we specified, feel free to contact us via email or chat, to confirm the status of the order.
- When the Delivery Can Be Expected
Upon the completion of the manufacturing and QC cycle, the product is sent for shipping. Hence, we provide tracking code to the customer within 24 hours, once the consignment is sent for express shipping. Thus, it takes more or less 4-5 working days until the time it reaches customer’s doorstep.
- Defective or Damaged Product
In an event, the product that arrives at you is a damaged one; you are advised to report the issue to us via email in no more than seven days. If complaints regarding the product arrive after the due period, Clothing Qouts won’t be responsible for taking any action in that case.
